Trading Politics for Motorcycles

If you read any political blogs between late 2002 and the 2004 presidential election, then chances are you've read me before. (Go be a sleuth if you'd like.) I've been unable to blog much after burning out pretty profoundly as George was sworn in for his second term, but I've since rediscovered another blog-worthy passion... motorcycles.

A note for thebushlegacyproject.com

Umm... not exactly the place I wanted to get into this, but I need to make a point here.

This was a 10 hour ride. A sore ass rating of 8.

We took off from Niwot at about 11:30 am, heading up to 66 and onto 36 through Lyons. Estes was packed, of course, and though I knew I should have gotten into the right-hand lane as we entered Estes on 36, I found myself turning left and enduring the crawl through the tourists.
